Dear Maria
It was a wonderful staying in your B&B "Rittershuus". It feels very homely here
and was a perfect place to come "home" to in the evening. We had everything
we needed here for a comfortable stay and really appreciated your suggestions
for walking routes and things to see and do while in Lucerne. The breakfast
was delicious! We wish we could have stayed longer but if we are ever back we
will definitely stay here!

From the time that we saw the "Rittershuus" on your website, we were most intrigued.
To actually live in this very old house was a great privilege. To enjoy all the modern
conveniences, the comfortable beds and the serene atmosphere in the garden was
just perfect. But you Maria, is the best asset your B&B offers! From the lovely presentation
of the breakfast table; the great background music and, most of all, the time you spend
chatting to your guests. We loved the stories that we could share and the genuine interest
you showed in us. Think you have a beautiful gift of knowing how to treat your guests well!

What seemed to be an old wooden cozy house on top of
a hill, was just that and much more! From all the woodwork to our genuinely nice host;
we enjoyed staying here a lot.

Dear Maria. We are both so happy to have chosen your B&B "Rittershuus" for our stay in
Lucerne. Our only wish is that we could have stayed much longer. From the moment we
arrived, we felt so welcomed and the house is everything we hoped it would be.
We appreciate all the efforts you and your husband went through to provide your guests
a comfortable and cozy room, as well as a small kitchen with all anyone could ask for,
including some proseco that we enjoyed when toasting our 25th date-anniversary.
We also appreciate all the extra special things you did for us; finding us a thermal spa that
we could stop at on our way to Venice, and preparing a lovely plant-based breakfast for us.
If we are lucky enough to return to Lucerne, we would love to stay here again, there is no

La "Rittershuus" è un posto per amanti del naturale.
La prima cosa che mi è piaciuta nell'entrare è stato l'odore del legno puro. L'ambiente
è semplice e genuino, in buono stile. Un posto per quelli che amano il legno massiccio.
Le camere sono belle e grandi.
La gerente "Maria" è una persona molto simpatica e famigliare;
si vede che dà molta importanza ad una vita in equilibrio con l'ecologia.
È stato un piacere conoscerla e la ringraziamo tantissimo.
Purtroppo dobbiamo partire; ma sicuramente torneremo qui se ci troviamo nei dintorni
e consigliamo a tutti di passare almeno una notte in questo posto stupendo!

Cuando vengas par Lucerna, hospedate en B&B Rittershuus! Es un lugar en el que
te sientes como en casa, es realmente maravilloso,
muy limpio, un desayuno saludable y la familia Gilli muy amable y
encantadora! El Bus te deja en la puerta. Lugar centrico y accesible a todas las

While traveling through Switzerland we found a wonderful little Bed and Breakfast
in Lucerne called "Rittershuus". An absolute gem. Great hospitality, great breakfasts,
great accommodation and excellent prices all in an interesting old farmhouse near
the centre of town.

You have done a great job with the place. It is very cosy and clean with some very
nice carpentry combining the old house with new features. Coming from Finland we
specially were impressed by the wood heated sauna. We hope to visit you again and
